Judi Witkin is the President of Judi Witkin and Associates Inc. as the company incorporated this year from Judi Witkin Zoning Consulting. She has been in business for over 33 years specializing in permitting large scale projects. Judi is responsible for the coordination and processing of plans through all of the building departments throughout South Florida. Her professional affiliations are Builder Assoc. of South Florida, DIPAC Committee in Dade County building department, also Judi sits on a task force in Miami Dade County building department to Streamline the process for the permitting projects in Dade County.
Jeanette Harrison has become the Executive Director for Judi Witkin and Associates. Formally, the Administrative Assistant she has proven to be a valuable asset to the office. Jeanette, continues to coordinate all internal and client communication as well as attending meetings with clients and staff in the City of Doral and Dade County. Jeanette is responsible for all office staff as they track and coordinate with the County staff and Clients on a daily basis adding to our success in processing plans expeditiously.
Juliette Maldonado has been an intricate part of Judi Witkin & Associates for nearly two decades. Prior to joining our team, Juliette worked for Miami-Dade County Building Department. This unique combination of experience allows Juliette to be a tremendous asset to the permitting process. Her knowledge of the Miami-Dade County Building Department enhances our abilities to obtain permits in an expeditious manner.
Olivia Danson is an Assistant Project Manager for Judi Witkin & Associates. Prior to joining our team, Olivia worked as an Administrative Assistant for an international Audio Visual firm. She coordinates communication between the Miami-Dade County Building Department staff and clients, as well as internal communication with clients. She works to simplify the building permitting process at the Miami Dade County Building Department with her Project Manager, Juliette Maldonado.
Robert Figel has been with Judi Witkin & Associates for over a decade. Prior to joining our company, Robert worked with both the City of Aventura and the City of North Miami Beach Building Departments. Robert is in the City of Miami Building Department every day and is well respected by all city employees. Our success in the City of Miami is the result of his knowledge and relationships built over the years.
Jenny Gonzalez-Hernandez has been the Finance Manager for Judi Witkin & Associates for over 10 years. She has a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Jenny makes certain that all the accounting and record keeping is kept current daily. Jenny also handles all our client’s requests for our insurance paper work. She coordinates with the Insurance Company and the Client so you receive the paperwork in a timely manner. Prior to joining our team Jenny worked for 5 years in a General Contractors office as the Office Manager.
